I remember thinking at Madison’s 4th birthday party that she will have a full head of hair at her 5th birthday party. Six months later we noticed perfect round bald spots on her head and instead of having a full head of hair on her 5th birthday she was completely bald. Unfortunately, we live in a world where looks and hair are important and noticeable if you don’t have any hair. Madison is a sweet, caring, and thoughtful little girl. At times, I think she handles not having hair and dealing with it better than myself. But there are times when she hears a comment about hair and she wants to wear a wig and this is why we have been so happy with the Joli Caméléon wig.
We tried other wigs and the hair was not natural and they did not fit Madison properly. When she put the Joli wig on she had so much more confidence in herself and it enabled her to be an active 6 year old. Madison loves to dance and she is looking forward to being a cheerleader in the fall and the Joli wig gives her the freedom and confidence to participate without worrying about her wig. Madison is so strong and we are extremely proud of her. When she feels like she needs to wear her wig, we are extremely grateful that she has such a quality wig, like the Joli to wear. The hair is beautiful, soft, and natural. The gripper feature is amazing because it allows her to be herself.
