Getting in touch with people who have gone through similar experiences can be very reassuring and super beneficial. Plus, keep in mind that only 1-2% of Alopecia Areata cases progress into Alopecia Totalis or Alopecia Universalis. Odds are you won’t lose all of your hair. Even if you do, life can go on just as normally as it always has.
